We make sure that the throat and heart of the cow is slit after bolt stunning to whilst the tasbiya is said. This is because Bea wants her beef to be stunned so we do this for her only. All of our other beef comes from a HMC approved slaughterhouse. We buy this as we can guarantee that the meat is halal if we can't go to the slaughterhouse ourselves as our demand sometimes out weighs what we can manage to oversee our selves. All of our organic lamb and organic chicken comes from soil association certified suppliers. We slaughter this ourselves, myself, Zeki or Salah." - September 2017
